A. PC; build to a 1RM – 95kg. 100kg squat clean.
B. CGBP; build to a 1RM – 90kg. 95kg assisted during concentric.

PC x max reps @ 90% of today’s 1RM – 17.

A. BS; build to a 1RM – 145kg. 5kg heavier than my last attempt.
B. Strict Press; build to a 1RM – 60kg. One side was struggling (can’t remember which side). Caused me to rotate.
C. WCU; build to a 1RM – record bodyweight as well – 30kg DB plus 78kg bodyweight. Didn’t have my belt so had to squeeze DB between my feet. Prob. could have gone heavier.
D. Side Plank; max time per side – Not sure what happened here. Didn’t really perform too well 1.15 (right side) 1.03 (left side).

in may, you’re going to go through some of these tests again mate but i just wanted you to get some more exposure…but i’m going to send you a document here in a week or so for a huge amount of testing..but i want you to have some level of exposure to it coming in 🙂
