A. PS; build to a 1RM – 70kg. 10kg more than last post.
B. Incline Bench Press; build to a 1RM – 75kg. 80 (fail) – couldn’t get back up.
50 HSPU for time – if this starts to hurt, stop – 18 flat. Did unbroken sets of 5 reps up to 20, then 2 reps at a time up to 26. Pretty much did singles from there on out up to 50. Hands were wider this time round, which I think helped. No pain, but right side felt compressed (if that makes sense).
A. Squat Clean and Jerk; build to a 1RM – 95kg. Was pretty ugly. Think ‘cos I had it in my head that I couldn’t drop the bar.
B. Front Squat; 1RM – Felt really weak going into this. Only managed 110kg. Failed 120kg attempt (10kg less than my last attempt).
C. 5 minute AMRAP – strict pull ups, you MUST lower yourself, no falling down allowed – 20 reps. Stopped because of right shoulder. You’ll see what I mean from the vid. Felt really awkward and weak.
5k row for time – Didn’t attempt.
150 wallballs for time 20# 10’ target – 8.46.
30 minute gentle row – 6,555m.
45 minute AMRAP

10 deadlifts 185#
5 box jump 24″ with step down – Again, felt really lethargic for some reason. Completed 4 rounds and 1k row.
