A. Barbell Front Squat @30×1; 6-8×4; Rest 3 minutes – Rx 60kg, 80kg; 6×2, 85kg. Feeling like lower back is going a bit at the bottom of the movement. Not sure if I should drop weight slightly… need to film everything for you next workout.
B. WTD Glute Bridge @11×5; 10-12×3; Rest 100 seconds – Rx 60kg, 70kg; 10×1, 80kg
C. DB Seated Press Press @3010; 6RM – video for me your final set – 18kg each side. Left side felt a little weaker. Really sorry mate, but left my bag in a friend’s car, so didn’t have my smartphone holder.
D. DB Seated external rotations @3010; 8RM per arm – video for me final set – 6kg. Don’t know what it is, but feel particularly weak when doing this. Left arm was quite a bit weaker; may have something to do with landing on my shoulder while I was at the beach on the weekend…
